Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger

Maxpedition's Sitka Gearslinger is a single shoulder backpack designed for maximum utility when rotated towards the front of the body. The bag features a one-strap design that allows for easy access to the main compartment, which measures 15 x 8 x 3 inches (H x W x D) and includes internal organizers. Additionally, the top front compartment measures 7.5 x 2 x 4 inches (W x H x D) and also includes internal organizers, while the bottom front compartment measures 7.5 x 2 x 8 inches (W x H x D) and includes internal organizers as well.

The Sitka Gearslinger is constructed with durable materials, including 1000-denier water- and abrasion-resistant ballistic nylon fabric, Teflon fabric protector for grime resistance and easy maintenance, and high strength zippers and zipper tracks. The UTX-Duraflex nylon buckles provide low sound closures, and the bag is triple polyurethane-coated for water resistance. The high tensile strength nylon webbing and high tensile strength composite nylon thread, as well as the #AS-100 high grade closed-cell foam padding material, ensure superior shock protection.

Originally designed for military and law enforcement professionals in the field, the Sitka Gearslinger is practically indestructible and allows the user to "swing" the pack to the front while it's still being worn. The bag also includes a hydration compartment that can accept CCW accessories, and the shoulder strap is specifically designed to go over the left shoulder for better weapon shouldering. Top and side handles offer alternative carrying positions, while the PALS modular webbing throughout enables easy attachment of accessories.

A water bottle pocket is conveniently sized to fit a standard 32-ounce Nalgene bottle, and the bag has a 618-cubic-inch cargo capacity. It is also compatible with a 100-ounce hydration reservoir.
